Pomegranate Moscow Mule

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. pomegranate juice
  • 1 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 c. ice
  • ginger beer
  • Sprig of Rosemary


    1. In a cocktail glass stir together vodka, pomegranate juice, pomegranate seeds, tbsp. lime juice, honey, and ice.
    2. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.

  • Light corn syrup for rimming glasses
  • Flaked coconut for rimming glasses
  • 8 cups ice (more or less depending on desired consistency)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup blue curacao
  • ½ cup vodka or light rum
  • ½ cup cream of coconut


    1. Rim the glasses: Pour a thin layer of corn syrup onto a plate and dip the rims into the corn syrup, then dip in coconut flakes.
    2. In a blender, blend ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, vodka and cream of coconut until desired consistency is reached. Pour into glasses and serve immediately

  • 1/2 c. fresh lime juice
  • 1 c. silver tequila
  • 1/2 c. orange liquer
  • 1 bottle champagne (about 3 cups)
  • lime wedges, for rim
  • salt, for rim


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir well.
  2. Run lime wedges around the rim of each champagne flute and dip the rims in coarse salt.
  3. Divide margaritas between flutes and garnish with lime wedges.

This winter wonderland inspired drink brings together the sweet tastes of vanilla and coconut with a sparkling twist. Impress your guests this New Year’s Eve with this beautiful snow white drink.

  • 1 bottle of prosecco
  • 16 ounces of a coconut juice blend or coconut pureed nectar
    For the sugared rims:
  • 1/4 cup white sanding sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean


  1.  To prepare the sugared rims, combine sanding sugar, granulated sugar, the scraped seeds of the vanilla bean and the vanilla bean pod in a large bowl and mix. You can do this a few days ahead of time if desired.
  2. Coat the rims of 8 champagne flutes in something sticky and sweet, such as leftover frosting or marshmallow fluff.
  3. To make the cocktails, pour 2 ounces of the coconut juice blend or puree into the bottom of the flute. Fill the remaining space with prosecco and stir with a long spoon to mix.
  4. Serve immediately!
